The latest Zebrafish genome (ZFISH6-Ensembl) has been released on the 1st June 2006. We've updated our genome to this latest version.[posted on 28th Jul 2006]

The latest Zebrafish genome (ZFISH5-Ensembl) has been released on the 18th November 2005. We've updated our genome to this latest version.[posted on 15th Dec 2005]

System will be shut down for maintenance from 9th to 12th Dec 2005.[posted on 9th Dec 2005]

The Blast resutls are generated against the zebrafish genome version 4 downloaded from Ensembl, which is the most current version released in May 2005. We will be regularly updating the genome file once a newer version is obtained from Ensembl.[posted on 8th Nov 2005]
